Since 2006, 3DAS creates exterior and interior 3D renderings for the Orlando, Florida area. Below is the lobby view from Orlando’s Lake House (formerly Majorca). The first image is our rendering followed by the final installation photos.
Other projects include Alta Health Village, Hoffner Avenue luxury apartments, and Gulf Stream Harbor’s renovated clubhouse. The Alta and Hoffner projects used 3DAS’s iterative design process to finalize their colors and signage outside of their original CAD specifications.
Hoffner Avenue apartments also went through a quick, 1-week iterative process. 3DAS initially blocked out the 3D elevation with clay / grey buildings and then customized a stock apartment complex. These final Orlando 3D renderings helped the client get governmental approval for it’s 348 luxury apartments.
The Lake House (formerly Majorca) worked with 3DAS on the clubhouse pool resort and lobby 3D renderings. Multiple versions of the kitchen were also created and then chosen using 3DAS’s room selection system.
Located off of Orlando’s famed “Restaurant Row” in the desirable Dr. Phillips neighborhood, Lake House by Alta features more than just beautifully appointed homes. It offers a lifestyle of casual yet refined lakefront living. Elegant, flawless detailing, custom amenities and unit finishes and an irreplaceable location blend together to create a perfectly balanced experience.

Alta Health Village
Alta at Health Village apartments went through multiple revisions of the kitchen and bathroom utilizing our room selection system. The majority of 3D rendering updates included pendant lighting, backsplashes, countertops, and flooring. Making changes in 3D helped save Wood Partners time and money for hundreds of apartment kitchens and bathrooms.
The apartment complex is a $75 million, 7-story urban infill apartment project with 285 units. Transit-oriented development integrated with the Health Village master plan and AdventHealth’s overall vision for a mixed-use district anchored by health and wellness.
The Sea Isle interior created for Epoch contains many rooms in one commercial 3D rendering. In the foreground is the gathering room (area right after the lobby entrance) and in the back is the café. To the right of the café is the canteen area which is barely seen. The back porch / lanai overlooks the resort pool.
This Orlando 3D rendering was part of Sea Isle’s newly renovated clubhouse with 13,000 square feet of deluxe amenities. To see more of their completed clubhouse, head over to their web site.
