Sarasota 3D Renderings
In 2006, 3DAS was established in Sarasota, Florida and continues to deliver architectural 3D renderings for the AEC and interior design industry. Below are some of the Sarasota 3D rendering and animation projects completed.
The Floridian Club of Sarasota commissioned 3DAS to create their community clubhouse and resort pool areas. To help aid the developer and their clients in creating kitchen design packages, 3DAS developed a kitchen selection system along with choosing the right color schemes for their residential villas in real-time. The Sarasota Airport (SRQ) display features a 6,000 gallon saltwater aquarium operated by Mote Marine Laboratory. 3DAS, LLC created an updated 3D display to the existing aquarium.
Sun N Fun RV Resort included many interior 3D renderings and an animation you can see below. The bedroom 3D rendering is for Grande Oaks Preserve townhomes located at 5247 Desoto Road. 2131 Stickney Point Road exterior 3D rendering is a retail with restaurant located near the corner of Stickney Point Road and US 41.
3D Animations
Sarasota’s Sun N Fun Resort project animation was developed for a multi-million dollar LEED Gold Certified Indoor Pool and Wellness Center. Located off of University Park (Near UTC Mall in Sarasota), Savannah Preserve, 3DAS created the pre-visualization animation and renderings needed to help sell the carriage homes before they were built.
