This project focused on the Phase 1 Town Center Improvements for the Pelican Preserve Community Association. The work delivered high-resolution 3D visualizations and an interactive digital review platform to assist stakeholders in evaluating the spatial layout and construction sequencing of upcoming community renovations, ensuring clear communication of the master plan’s scope before breaking ground.

Key Project Deliverables:

  • Comprehensive 3D Visualizations: Generated seven high-resolution aerial and pedestrian-level exterior 3D renderings showcasing the planned renovations for the community’s tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball court amenities.
  • Master Renovation Plan Integration: Embedded precise structural measurement documentation within the visualizations to accurately map out spatial changes across the renovated zones.
  • Interactive Digital Review Platform: Developed a custom, web-based digital model accessible on mobile devices and laptops, allowing project leads to interactively review architectural updates alongside drone imagery.

  • The sunset tower overlooks Wiggins Pass south of the Fort Myers area.
  • The interior lobby office is a renovation taking place at Coconut Point mall while the bistro was used for clubhouse residents.
  • Hulett Environmental Services hired 3DAS for their new office locations. Bassett Furniture wanted a visualization for their new furniture store in Coconut Point mall.
  • SIK is one of older projects and was one of our first to incorporate aerial photography to blend the foreground real elements with the 3D elements.
  • Multiple 3D elevation renderings have been created throughout Fort Myers.

The Shoppes at Plantation is a mixed-use 72,000 sq.  ft. converted Sweetbay grocery story used for commercial offices. On the corner of Daniels Parkway and Plantation Road in Fort Myers, it’s located on one of Lee County’s busiest roads. The client consulted with 3DAS on an interior lobby along with using our color selection system for the 3D elevation rendering.
