Immokalee 3D Renderings
Working with companies like Habitat for Humanity, 3DAS creates affordable housing renderings for the residents of Immokalee, Florida.
Immokalee meaning “your home” in the Mikasuki language, is largely comprised of migrant workers. One of our goals at 3DAS is delivering visualizations to the affordable housing community. One of those clients, Habitat for Humanity, works closely with 3DAS to deliver their vision for neighborhoods in Collier county along with expanding their reach in Immokalee. We are pleased to show you some of their vision below called Kaicasa – an estimated 280 affordable homes for those that desperately need it. Below you will the 3D elevations and 3D floor plans we have done so far.
Kaicasa
Habitat for Humanity’s largest subdivision yet will bring affordable homes to an area where they are desperately needed. 3DAS continues to deliver affordable visualizations services for companies specializing in affordable housing. Kaicasa will deliver:
- Estimated 280 homes when complete
- Permit-monitored parking
- Designated visitor parking
- Premium landscaping
- Homeowners Association
- Roughly 3 acres of recreational area with a large central playground and two smaller playgrounds for convenient access
- Access to Village Oaks Elementary via pedestrian walkway & bridge to keep children safe
