Tropical Gulf Acres is a platted subdivision located in southern Charlotte County within a mile and a half of Interstate 75. It is quiet area located between Burnt Store Road, US 41 and I-75 Exit 158 (Tuckers Grade). This area of real estate is roughly 20 minutes away from downtown Punta Gorda and 25 minutes away from downtown Fort Myers.
Bahama Construction Group & Platinum Asset Group worked with 3DAS to create residential exteriors and floor plans. The Tropical Gulf Acres development had 46 lots in total and all sold out.
Located in Punta Gorda, Florida, the 3D renderings consisted of five home models named after the Caribbean islands: the Barbados, Bahama, Turk, Aruba, and Antigua. While slightly smaller, the Bahama models offer different floor plan layouts and a side loading garage.
3DAS was tasked to create the 3D renderings and guide the client to floor plan layouts, color schemes, and exterior vegetation / site plan choices. This helped solve future procurement issues along with giving potential clients the vision they need before construction of their home begins.
