Remodeling the amenity center for The Porter Del Ray in Alexandria, Virginia. The focus of their remodel was understanding the scale and partition walls within the corridor area located in the center of the clubhouse. Initially we created a VR / structural walkthrough of the clubhouse area. Afterwards the interior design team added their finishes + FFE (furniture, fixtures and equipment) to create the final 3D renderings of the lobby, leasing, game room and corridor areas within the clubhouse.
