Naples 3D Architectural Renderings
Since 2006, 3DAS creates interior architectural 3D renderings for the Naples, Florida area. Kalea Bay is a Naples luxury waterfront community with 582 residences within five towers that grace over 480 acres of land. The cottage home in Olde Naples is located off the corner of 4th street south & 4th avenue south. The Naples residence was referenced from a custom home built in the heart of Naples and was solely created to match the photo-realism needed for the 3ds Max 2009 Architectural Visualization – Intermediate to Advanced book.
Majestic Place (formerly Regal II) is one of the largest Habitat for Humanity communities in the south Florida area. 3DAS was tasked to create visuals showing the community had little or no visual impact. 1550 Nautilus is a residence in Naples that included 3D visuals for the exterior front & floor plans. Regent condos located in Park Shore worked with 3DAS on creating their Naples 3D renderings for the pool and exterior renovations.
3770 Crayton took roughly a year to build, the start near the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The renderings cleared up the communication throughout the building process and helped sell the unit in record time. For example, the developer made large printouts of the renderings and communicates each part to their subcontractors.

Kalea Bay’s 88,000 amenity center offers all the features of a five-star resort, including three pools, expansive decks and two restaurants. Lifestyle Family Fitness gym centers were located throughout Naples and other parts of Florida.
