Sunrise
3DAS was commissioned to create interior 3d renderings for an apartment and community center.
Sunrise apartments will be developed in Orlando’s flourishing submarket, Kissimmee. Sunrise resort-style amenities include fitness, yoga, golf simulator, game room, curio salon and many other amenities.

Infield
Infield (formerly Ball Park) worked with 3DAS on the clubhouse interior 3D renderings for their 384 multi-family apartment complex in Kissimmee. These includes the café, lobby, co-working and fitness center. Additional work for the pool resort area was also added to the lobby and gym center.
Infield resort-style amenities include a bar lounge, flexible work seating, a wellness room with a dry sauna, golf simulator, secure package room, lakefront resort-style pool with cabanas and hammocks, and a state of the art fitness center, yoga deck, and dog spa.
