3D Architectural Renderings for DeBordieu, SC
DeBordieu Colony and Beach is a private, unincorporated community and census-designated place in Georgetown County, South Carolina. 3DAS developed aerial, exterior and interior renderings for board approval and marketing purposes.
3D Photomontage
The 3D Photomontage aerial service involved integrating 3D models into aerial drone photography to effectively visualize the proposed development. To achieve this, the team performed technical editing of the original drone shots—such as matching lighting, scale, and perspective—ensuring the 3D architectural elements blended realistically into the existing environment.
Debordieu Interior Unit
The interior design for the project embraced a “Casually Coastal” aesthetic. This concept prioritized an airy, light-filled atmosphere, featuring a color palette of crisp whites, soft blue-gray hues, and warm wood accents. Furthermore, key design elements included white-painted shiplap, natural wood ceilings, and brass hardware to provide texture and refined warmth. In addition to these architectural finishes, custom Zellige and ceramic tiles were carefully selected for the bathrooms and kitchens. Throughout the rendering process, the team collaborated on multiple versions of kitchen and bathroom layouts to ensure the best spatial flow. Ultimately, this effort incorporated specific client feedback on furniture and lighting—such as beaded chandeliers and brass pendants—to successfully achieve a cohesive, coastal-inspired home.
