Sunrise 3D Renderings
3DAS was commissioned to create interior 3d renderings for an apartment and community center. Interior renderings included the clubhouse, fitness, yoga, game room, sports simulator and interior models. Estimates for the multi-family apartment complex is around 12,000 sq. ft. while the fitness center is around 24,000 sq. ft. Location of the development will be near the Lucent at Sunrise which is at 4950 Lunar Lane in Kissimmee, Florida.

Sunrise apartments will be developed in Orlando’s flourishing submarket, Kissimmee. Sunrise resort-style amenities include fitness, yoga, golf simulator, game room, curio salon and many other amenities.
