Parrish Daycare Exterior 3D Rendering
Historic Parrish schoolhouse becomes a school again.
As reported in the Bradenton Herald, the developer rejuvenated the 90 year old landmark into a private preschool. 3DAS was tasked to create one visualization encompassing the old landmark while showcasing the evolution into a preschool. From the base photograph, we developed the playground elements in 3D, cleaned up the vegetation and updated the color scheme of the old Parrish Schoolhouse.
