What is an Aerial 3D Rendering?
Aerial renderings are similar to exterior renderings however their viewing angle is located outside and above the building, looking down, usually at an angle. 3D renderings can meet or exceed the finished project / aerial photographs.

Why Use Aerial Renderings?
With new advancements in AEC technology, 3D renderings are now more than marketing photo-realistic real estate. Some advantages include:
- Solving issues with nearby communities
- Create whatever artistic mood you want (daytime, sunset, etc.)
- Receiving board and community approval for multi-million dollar decisions like replacing the roofs.
- Accurately calculating vegetation needed for the project
Telling your story through accurate and photorealistic visualizations is the key to saving time and money with governmental approvals, subcontractors, and calculating project materials.
