Bahama Construction Group & Platinum Asset Group worked with 3DAS to create residential exteriors and floor plans. Their project was for the Tropical Gulf Acres development.

Located in Punta Gorda, Florida, the 3D renderings consisted of two home models: the Barbados & the Bahama. While slightly smaller, the Bahama models offer different floor plan layouts and a side loading garage. 3DAS was tasked to create the 3D renderings and guide the client to floor plan layouts, color schemes, and exterior vegetation / site plan choices. This helped solve future procurement issues along with giving potential clients the vision they need before construction of their home begins.
